Skoda CITIGOe iV

The Skoda CITIGOe iV is the first electric car in the 124 year history of the Czech car manufacturer.

Zero‑emission, nimble and spacious despite compact dimensions, the Skoda CITIGOe iV is designed for modern cities. The interior can accommodate up to four passengers with a boot capacity of 250l (increased to 923l by folding down the rear seats).

Front‑wheel‑drive, the CITIGOe iV features an electric motor with a power output of 61 kW reachin 0-60mph in 12.3 seconds and providing a real-life range of over 160 miles. Rapid charging results in an 80 per cent charge in just 1 hour whilst the Skoda CITIGOe iV’s battery can also be recharged using a standard household plug socket.

Skoda offers the CITIGOe iV exclusively as a 5‑door in the Ambition and Style (including AC cable) trim levels. The car comes with fog lights and LED daytime running lights as standard; the cornering function is optional. Indicators are integrated into the black or body‑coloured wing mirror housings.

The Skoda CITIGOe iV Ambition comes with 14‑inch steel wheels (the optional two‑tone 16‑inch Scorpius alloy wheels with black accents come as standard for the CITIGOe iV Style). There is choice of four standard colours for the car – Candy White, Tornado Red, Sunflower Yellow and Kiwi Green. The metallic colours Deep Pearlescent Black, Crystal Blue and Tungsten Silver complete the range of finishes.

Inside the vehicle standard equipment includes electric front windows, Climatronic, remote central locking, radio and smartphone docking station. Using the Move&Fun app, a mobile phone can be used as an additional display for vehicle data, for media playback or as a navigation system. On top of that, the CITIGOe iV comes with new mobile online services for the app, allowing the battery or air conditioning to be accessed remotely. In addition, the CITIGOe iV comes equipped with Lane Assist as standard and features front airbags as well as head and thorax airbags for the front seats.

The Style trim level comes with ambient lighting on the dashboard, electrically adjustable and heated wing mirrors as well as the Leather Detailing package, which includes a leather steering wheel, gearstick and handbrake lever. There is the option of a Comfort package, offering heated front seats, four additional speakers and parking sensors at the rear. A Winter package is also exclusively available for the CITIGOe iV Style. In addition to heated front seats, this also includes heat-insulating glass for the windscreen and a rain and a light sensor including an animated Coming/Leaving Home function. The list of options also includes an adjustable false boot floor, cruise control and tinted ‘Sunset’ glass for the rear window and rear side windows.
